This role is the perfect opportunity for experienced childcare staff who want to progress in the job they love, in a stunning environment, in a luxury hotel in some of the most beautiful parts of Greece. You will be part of the children's club team delivering activities to children while they are on holiday. It will be your responsibility to ensure that children are cared for in a safe environment and you will need to be able to deliver a varied and engaging activity program to a variety of ages. From the moment the children arrive in the club you will ensure they have the holiday of a lifetime experiencing new activities and letting their imaginations run wild.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure that our guests and their children benefit from the highest level of childcare
Plan and variety of indoor and outdoor activities every week
Keep an efficient and accurate record of plans and routines
Plan appropriate menus and produce nutritious meals for children
Be confident in dealing with guests
Liaise with London office, the Children's Club Manager and other staff and work as a team
Abilities and expectations:
An attitude whereby 'nothing is too much trouble'
Team player
Good self motivation
Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills
Organized and pro-active
Outgoing and fun
