Η Ελληνική Στατιστική Αρχή (ΕΛΣΤΑΤ) στo πλαίσιο της βελτίωσης της ποιότητας, της αξιοπιστίας και της αποτελεσματικότητας των στατιστικών εργασιών και δίνοντας μεγάλη έμφαση στη διαχείριση των λειτουργιών της με βάση ένα σύστημα κανόνων διαφάνειας, αμεροληψίας και αξιοκρατικών κριτηρίων, εφαρμόζει καινοτόμες διαδικασίες για την επιλογή, κατάταξη και ανάθεση μονάδων ερευνών στους Ιδιώτες Συνεργάτες (ΙΣ), οι οποίοι χρησιμοποιούνται για τη συλλογή στατιστικών στοιχείων σε δεκάδες στατιστικές έρευνες ετησίως.
Το μητρώο Ιδιωτών Συνεργατών καταρτίζεται κάθε οκτώ (8) μήνες από την ΕΛΣΤΑΤ. Για το σκοπό αυτό, η ΕΛΣΤΑΤ, με δημόσια πρόσκληση εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος (Δελτίο Τύπου, δημοσίευση σε μία τουλάχιστον ημερήσια εφημερίδα πανελλήνιας κυκλοφορίας, ανακοινώσεις σε δημόσιους χώρους, καθώς και με ανάρτηση στην ιστοσελίδα της) καλεί τους ενδιαφερόμενους που επιθυμούν να ενταχθούν στο Μητρώο Ιδιωτών Συνεργατών για τις διενεργούμενες από αυτήν στατιστικές έρευνες στην αντίστοιχη οκτάμηνη περίοδο να υποβάλουν ηλεκτρονική Αίτηση – Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση συμμετοχής.

Background:
DRC has been operating in Greece since November 2015, providing support to the Greek Ministry of Migration Policy in ensuring dignified reception conditions for refugees and migrants arriving on Lesvos island. In March 2016, DRC expanded its operations in Athens, in response to the changing context and the build-up of refugee population on mainland Greece.
Purpose:
Under the overall supervision of the Education Officer and with the technical guidance from Education Coordinator and the Education Advisor, the Teacher will be responsible for implementation of the Education programme for migrant and refugee children, youth and adults accommodated in reception site(s) in North Greece. Furthermore, the Teacher will ensure that all education activities are of high quality, age appropriate and in line with children, youth and adults needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited, to the following:
Implement non-formal education activities (English language) for school age children (6 to 15), adolescents and youth (16-18) and adults
Plan and adopt educational activities based on age, knowledge and individual needs of children, adolescents and youth and adults
Form educational groups and develop schedule making sure is in line with needs of site population, children and youth, and in agreement with the relevant authorities and site management
Ensure that data (attendance lists, lesson plans) is accurately collected and updated on a weekly and monthly basis divided by age and gender
Plan and coordinate distribution of teaching and learning material including stationeries and school kits
Provide information and advice beneficiaries on existing education program
Contribute to the continuous advocacy for increased communications with persons of concern throughout DRC units and promoting the right to education for all children
Other tasks as required by the Education Officer to support implementation of DRC’s education programme.
Required Qualifications:
At least three years of experience in education and teaching. Prior teaching experience with non-Greek, non-English speaking children and adolescents is an asset
University degree in education or related filed required
Excellent verbal and written English and Greek skills are required
Effective classroom management skills
Previous working experience with local or international NGOs will be considered as a strong advantage
High professional ethics
Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
Previous working experience with local or international NGOs will be considered as a strong advantage
Computer skills
High professional ethics.
Skills and Qualities:
Ability to work with children with different cultural background, different language and special needs
Strong commitment to teamwork

Employee should not give interviews to the media or publish project-related photos or other material without prior authorization
Employee shall return all borrowed equipment for the project to DRC after the end of the contract period or upon request.

10:00 π.μ.: Αναχώρηση ποδηλατών με τον Ποδηλατικό Αθλητικό Σύλλογο Ορεστιάδας «ΡΗΣΟΣ» και όποιων άλλων επιθυμούν με άλλα μεταφορικά μέσα από την κεντρική πλατεία Νέας Ορεστιάδας με προορισμό τις Καστανιές.
12:00 μ.μ. : Επιστροφή από τις Καστανιές
13:30 μ.μ. : Έναρξη συγκέντρωσης στην κεντρική πλατεία Νέας Ορεστιάδας.
Καλούμε όλον τον Εβρίτικο λαό, και όχι μόνο, να δώσει το «παρών» χωρίς κομματικές σημαίες και χωρίς κομματικά «χρώματα» !!
